How credits work
  • One credit has a fixed dollar value, shown in your console; prices here are in USD
  • Starter and package credits are spent first, prepaid credits last
  • Failed calls are free; held calls are charged only once approved
  • Every call, its units and its cost appear in the activity log within seconds

Unit prices

Every product, one price list.

These are the prices a new workspace pays. Volume rates apply automatically to workspaces on a package.

The price list is updating. Every rate is also listed in your console and returned by the account endpoint of the API.

Questions

Frequently asked

Something else on your mind? Talk to us.

Do credits expire?

Prepaid credits never expire. Starter credit and package credit follow the package's own term, shown in your console.

Is there a minimum reload?

Reload any small amount at any time. Larger amounts can also be paid by invoice and bank transfer.

What happens when credits run out?

Calls are refused with a clear insufficient_credits error until you reload. Running machines and camera streams stop, and stored data is kept. Turn on auto-reload to top up automatically under a monthly limit you choose.

Can I cap what an agent spends?

Yes. Every API key can carry a monthly cap, every product a monthly budget, and every connector a rate limit and a daily call cap.
